This event is photographed and filmed, including for a television/online program produced by Edward Kiernan & Brian Wee (the “Producers”), together with its collaborators and event sponsors — including Schneider Saddlery — and for Miracle Farm Rescue Foundation (“MFRF”). By attending, I grant MFRF, the Producers and Schneider Saddlery the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to record and use my and my family’s names, images, likenesses and voices in any media now known or later devised, with no compensation and no right of approval, and I release them from any claims relating to that use (including privacy, publicity, defamation or false light). I confirm I may act for any minors in my party and give this release on their behalf. Horses and farm animals are present — I understand and voluntarily assume the inherent risks (per Ohio Rev. Code §2305.321) and attend at my own risk, and I hold harmless MFRF, the Producers, Schneider Saddlery, Barbara J. Hartmann-Sasak and Miracle Farm LLC. Governed by Ohio law.
